1. เราคือใคร

MekinPOS เป็นระบบบริหารจัดการร้านอาหาร (SaaS) ที่ให้บริการแก่ร้านอาหารและธุรกิจอาหาร แอปต่าง ๆ ใช้เพื่อขายหน้าร้าน รับออเดอร์ จัดการครัว จัดส่งอาหาร และจัดการคิว โดยร้านอาหารที่สมัครใช้บริการ (“ร้านค้า”) เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลของลูกค้าตน และ MekinPOS เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทน

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

เราเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ:

ข้อมูลบัญชีและการติดต่อ: ชื่อ, อีเมล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ชื่อผู้ใช้ (ของพนักงานและลูกค้าสมาชิก)
ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ: รายการอาหาร, ยอดเงิน, ประวัติการสั่งซื้อ, แต้มสะสม/คูปอง
รูปภาพ: สลิปการชำระเงิน, รูปโปรไฟล์, เอกสารยืนยันตัวตนของพนักงานส่งอาหาร (เฉพาะแอป Delivery)
ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง: ตำแหน่งโดยละเอียด เฉพาะแอป Delivery เพื่อช่วยนำทางและยืนยันการจัดส่ง / และตำแหน่งร้านค้าที่ผู้ดูแลกำหนดเอง
ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์: รหัสอุปกรณ์ (device ID) เพื่อแยกการตั้งค่าเครื่องพิมพ์และอุปกรณ์ของแต่ละเครื่อง
ข้อมูลการใช้งานแอป: บันทึกกิจกรรม (activity log) เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการตรวจสอบ

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต/เลขบัตรธนาคารในแอป

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

ให้บริการระบบขาย รับ-ส่งออเดอร์ ครัว จัดส่ง และคิว
จัดการสมาชิก แต้มสะสม และโปรโมชั่นของร้านค้า
ออกใบเสร็จและเอกสารทางบัญชี
รักษาความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการทุจริต และตรวจสอบการใช้งาน
ปรับปรุงและแก้ไขปัญหาการให้บริการ

4. การเปิดเผย/แบ่งปันข้อมูล

ข้อมูลถูกเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ MekinPOS และเข้าถึงได้โดยร้านค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลที่สาม
อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด หรือเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ์และความปลอดภัย

5. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

7. ข้อมูลของเด็ก

แอปออกแบบสำหรับการใช้งานทางธุรกิจ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

1. Who We Are

MekinPOS is a restaurant management SaaS used for point-of-sale, order taking, kitchen display, delivery, and queue management. Restaurants subscribing to the service (“Merchants”) act as the data controller of their customers’ data; MekinPOS acts as the data processor.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account & contact info: name, email, phone number, username (of staff and member customers)
Order data: items, amounts, order history, loyalty points/coupons
Photos: payment slips, profile pictures, delivery-rider identity documents (Delivery app only)
Location: precise location in the Delivery app for navigation and delivery confirmation; merchant-set store location
Device info: device ID to isolate per-terminal printer and settings
App activity: activity logs for security and auditing

We do not store credit/debit card numbers in the app.

3. How We Use Data

To operate sales/orders/kitchen/delivery/queue features; manage memberships, loyalty and promotions; issue receipts; ensure security and prevent fraud; and improve the service.

4. Sharing

Data is stored on MekinPOS servers and accessible only to the relevant Merchant. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention & Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), retained only as long as necessary, and protected by role-based access controls.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Merchant you use, or emailing polchanajankaseam@gmail.com.

7. Children

The apps are for business use and are not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will be revised.
